Child Safety Standards
Last updated 6 October 2026
Our standard
Partida has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behaviour or use of the app that sexualises, exploits, grooms or endangers a child is prohibited, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every part of Partida: profiles, photos, short descriptions, notes and events.
Partida is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it, as our Terms & Conditions state, because it is used in licensed premises.
How to report
In the app, open the person’s profile, tap Report or block and choose Report this profile. Every report reaches us directly. You can block the person from the same place, and you stop appearing to each other at once.
Outside the app, write to hola@partida.club. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 112 first.
What we do
We review every report as soon as we receive it. Content that breaks this standard is removed and the account responsible is closed. We report child sexual abuse material and any suspected exploitation of a child to the relevant authorities, including the Spanish National Police and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve what the law requires us to keep for them.
The law
Partida complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including those of Spain and the European Union, and cooperates with law enforcement in any investigation.
Contact
Our designated contact for child safety is Alexey Kureev, who operates Partida, at hola@partida.club.
